How to troubleshoot the failure in retrieving / resending spam messages or in adding them to whitelist?
Note: This troubleshooting does not apply to Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007.
1. Run Outlook Express and then navigate to Tools > Options on the menu bar.
 
 
2. Under the Security tab, check Internet Zone in the Virus Protection area.
 
 
3.Restart Outlook Express for setting to take effect.
