How to troubleshoot the failure in retrieving / resending spam messages or in adding them to whitelist?
1.Run Outlook Express and then navigate to Tools > Internet Options on the menu bar.
 
 
2.Under the Security tab, set zone to Internet and then click Custom Level on the bottom.
 
 
3.Scroll down until you get to Miscellaneous. Under Web sites in less privileged web content zone can navigate into this zone, check Enable.
 
 
4. Scroll down until you get to Scripting. Under Active scripting, check Enable.
 
 
5.Under the Security tab, set zone to Restricted sites and then click Custom Level on the bottom.
 
 
6.Scroll down until you get to Scripting. Under Active scripting, check Enable.
 
 
7.Restart Internet Explorer for setting to take effect.
