How to troubleshoot the failure in retrieving / resending spam messages or in adding them to whitelist? |

1.Run Outlook Express and then navigate to Tools > Internet Options on the menu bar. |

2.Under the Security tab, set zone to Internet and then click Custom Level on the bottom. |
|
|
3.Scroll down until you get to Miscellaneous. Under Web sites in less privileged web content zone can navigate into this zone, check Enable. |
|
|
4. Scroll down until you get to Scripting. Under Active scripting, check Enable. |
|
|
5.Under the Security tab, set zone to Restricted sites and then click Custom Level on the bottom. |
|
|
6.Scroll down until you get to Scripting. Under Active scripting, check Enable. |
|
|
7.Restart Internet Explorer for setting to take effect. |
